Role: Program director and curriculum developer of BX21 (Bronx 21st Century), the technology eduction component of an afterschool program which taught over 100 Bronx high school students how to videoblog.

Summary: Managed a staff of 10 mentors who taught students how to plan, shoot, and edit video using off the shelf point and shoot cameras. Students created dramas, documentaries, and news features and posted them online . Planned curriculum and created instructional videos for staff and students. More details in article below:
